In this blog, we'll introduce you to Code Meditation.
By practicing it, you can free yourself from the people and events that are unconsciously influencing you and become your true self -- the person God created you to be.
While cords that make you comfortable and happy are good, there are also cords that do not have a very positive effect on you.
These cords can unconsciously entangle you and cause you to make decisions and choices that are not in line with your true self.
When you identify and cut the cords that lie behind reserve and self-restraint, behind anger, jealousy, and vanity, behind feelings of emptiness, loss, and vague anxiety, your heart will feel lighter and your vibrations will rise, allowing God's abundance and love to flow into you more easily.
The method is the same no matter what the cord of worry is.
If you apply this method, you can cut the cord yourself anytime, anywhere, and strengthen your connection with God.
God is the mysterious source of power that created all things.
He is also the source of your inherent abundance.
Now let's start the code meditation.
Close your eyes and honestly feel the worries and anxieties you are currently experiencing.
Feel your emotions openly, whether it's worries about money, love, friendships, relationships at work, or health.
There's no need to force yourself to think positively here.
The important thing is to honestly feel your emotions.
Then, try to get to the root of your worries.
Let your heart show you who you're worried about and where your feelings are getting you.
Next, cut the cords with any person that suddenly comes to mind.
The person that comes to mind in this cord meditation may be someone who annoys you or whom you feel jealous of, or even a family member or close friend. This person is someone whose outlook on life and values may be unconsciously influencing and binding you to them.
Tell the person who has emerged:
"I am cutting my cord with you. I will live my life the way God created me to. You will no longer have any influence over me. My cord with you has ended, and I am strengthening my connection with God, the source of all things.
Thank you for everything. May the best happen to you all."
You can say it in your mind or out loud.
No matter what your relationship is in the real world, by practicing Code Meditation you will no longer be influenced by that person on a vibrational level.
For example, you were born rich and worthy of living, but you may have been unconsciously influenced by the money-related thoughts, values, and ways of thinking of the people around you in the environment you grew up in, and you may end up replicating these in your life.
By practicing Code Meditation you will truly realize that you do not need to be influenced by the same thoughts or lifestyle as this person, and you will be able to open up to the original abundance that God created you to be.
The same is true in love.
If you're still hung up on a broken heart from years ago, or if you're only hoping to get back together and are unable to receive your true connection, it's because you're connected to that specific person or event by a cord.
When you cut those cords, the person your true self is meant to connect with will come to you naturally.
If you are destined to get back together, cutting the negative energy cords of the past will ensure that you will be able to reconnect when you return to your true self.
The same goes for health.
Some people feel pain for some reason, even though X-rays and blood tests show no abnormalities.
Some people are worried because they are recovering slowly despite using the latest medications and spending huge amounts of money on treatment.
It's very good to spend your days thinking positively, but in fact, you may be ignoring the root of your worries, and this can build up, causing all kinds of negative energy to be harbored deep in your mind.
Even if you're not aware of it, cords have been tangled up in your unconscious over many years.
The body is always honest.
It is telling you something as pain, so it's time to cut those underlying cords.
When you do code meditation, sometimes a specific person will suddenly appear, and sometimes you won't see anything.
There's no need to panic if you can't see anything.
Just by becoming conscious of trying to cut the cord, you will find that even while you're doing something during the day, images of a specific person or the past will suddenly flow into your head.
When this happens, just stop what you're doing and cut the cord to the past image or person right then and there.
Feel your emotions honestly.
If you feel like crying, it's okay to cry. Respect and care for yourself.
At the end of the cord meditation, don't forget to say, "May the highest things happen to everyone."
No matter how injustice you may see, how sad or painful it may be, or what emotions you may feel -- shame, inferiority, jealousy -- accept them and then turn your consciousness to the highest.
When there is someone you cannot forgive, you tend to tighten the cord between you and that person with anger.
Even if you cannot forgive that person right now and cannot say, "May the highest things happen to you," saying, "May the highest things happen to everyone," will open a pipeline that brings bliss to you on a vibrational level.
This is also connected to loving and forgiving your past self.
Cord meditation improves the flow of the pipe that connects you to your Creator.
If the pipe is soft and flexible, God's abundance and love will flow in easily from all directions.
However, if the cord gets tangled in the pipe and blocks the flow, the repercussions will occur in the real world.
The realities and events that you don't want are actually God's blessings to help you realize your true feelings.
It's time to open the pipes.
Through cord meditation, you may not be able to eliminate all the cords that have built up in your life at once, but the more you cut them off with gratitude each time, the more sacred you will feel.
This is a sign that the unique you, created by God, is blossoming, not someone else's evil thoughts or preconceived notions.
The more you steadily, even step by step, open up to your true self, the more everything will be fulfilled through the depth of God's grace.
You will be guided on the right path, and be able to be in the right place at the right time.
Expressing your true self in this world is good for you, those around you, and the universe as a whole.
Harmony will be created at the vibrational level, and you will resonate with the people and events that you are meant to connect with.
