When you hear the word "rest," some people might think of laziness or inertia.

Others might feel a sense of impatience or vague anxiety that resting will mean falling behind others.

But these are ego concepts.

Resting is an act of rediscovering your true self, a sacred time that purifies your mind and body from the noise of the outside world and brings your rhythm into alignment.

When you need a break, there is always a message from inside you.

For example, you may not have a fever but have a sore throat, discomfort in your joints, feel tired, or just feel like you're not at your best for some reason.

And yet, you keep putting off listening to your inner voice, using all sorts of plans as an excuse, like work that needs to be done, a drinking party, or an appointment with someone.

How many of you can find the courage to take a break in this situation?

If you can't take a full day off, try taking half a day off.

Try turning down an invitation to a drinking party.

Shift your schedule and get even an extra hour of sleep.

Take time to warm up and relax, even if just for a few minutes.

It seems simple, but have you ever found it difficult to do?

Work, family, a lot of commitments...

It means you're leaving yourself behind.

If you don't recognize the message coming from within you and take care of it right away, you may end up being bedridden for more than a week, or it may take you almost a month to recover from an illness.

If you take care of small changes in your mind and body when they occur, there will be no major backlash.

Rather, a major backlash is a divine intervention.

Because you didn't hesitate to take time off during the initial changes and didn't take any action to look after your body and mind, God is forcing you to rest.

As another example, imagine there's someone who is always moving full speed ahead with their work, more than anything else in their life.

They put off time with their family and things that make them feel at peace, constantly busy and finding security by connecting with the outside world.

This might last for a few years, but at some point they could burn out or lose something important.

So, when the message to take a break comes from within, it's important not to ignore it, before it becomes an irreversible reality.

Actions that come from the ego, rather than from the voice of the soul, will be adjusted somewhere along the line by the sublime flow of the universe.

This is because it is a harmony of invisible energy.

The slight sense of discomfort you feel while you're busy is telling you something that's truly important to you.

Whether you can choose to rest there.

There's nothing wrong with taking a break.

What you truly desire will naturally be drawn to you by taking care of yourself and adjusting your vibrations.
