We all have a soul role to play.
Every encounter has meaning, and every experience is essential to our soul's growth.
The person you are connected with now may be the one you need to make you realize something, or you may be the one you need to make the other person realize something.
Once that role is completed, your connection with that person will naturally end.
Even if you've spent years together (whether work or personal), it's not surprising that you will each start to go your separate ways.
Their role in each other's spiritual growth has simply been fulfilled.
If those who have gone their separate ways grow together and need each other again in this life, then that will be the time when they will return to their original relationship.
If you've been avoiding friction and pretending to be fine in order to maintain an uncomfortable relationship, now is the time to let go and allow yourself to be your true self.
Don't lie to the voice of your soul.
The voice of your heart is the truth.
When you release your true self, the person you are truly meant to meet will appear.
That person is someone you need, and they need you.
Breaking up with someone can be painful, but it's okay.
Parting is necessary because both parties need new space for their souls to grow further.
In that empty space, new encounters will come.
Each encounter plays its own role.
Every person is guided each day to a place where their soul's role is needed.
And so, each other's souls grow.
Every connection has meaning.
Every phenomenon that occurs has meaning.
So, be at ease, be grateful for the connections you have now, and continue to walk your life calmly, no matter what happens.
The person you are destined to meet will meet you at the perfect time for you.
