Television and social media are packed with a huge amount of information, so it's easy to be influenced by both good and bad information.

While it's certainly enjoyable to watch them, the information you see can sometimes make you feel bad unintentionally.

This is because your inner voice is telling you, "If you continue to be exposed to that information and harbor negative emotions, your reality will become even more negative."

That's why it's so important to consciously expose yourself to things that make you feel good on a daily basis.

You need to filter information throughout the day, such as listening to your favorite music, watching your favorite movies, playing your favorite games, and playing your favorite sports.

It would be great if being bombarded with too much diverse information could be a positive stimulus for you, but if it makes you judge information as superior or inferior and put yourself down, makes you lose confidence, or makes you feel down, then perhaps you don't need to look at that information.

There is very little information you truly need.

The more you choose to be exposed to things that make you feel comfortable, the more you will create a reality that makes you feel comfortable.

Your emotions and sensations, such as "likes and dislikes," "good feelings and bad feelings," are messages that will guide you in a better direction. 🍀
