Your current worries are just a momentary event in the vast flow of things, and are temporary.
You were created as "you" for a purpose, and you are living your life now in order to fulfill that purpose. There is no good or bad; you are simply living as part of the sublime flow of time.
No matter how your ego feels about the present, something meaningful for the growth of your soul is happening every day.
Dharma is a clue to understanding the true essence of your existence.
If we are talking about your own dharma, it is what makes you who you are.
What you should do, what you must accomplish in this life.
It is the role in which you can demonstrate your charm and talents, and it is also your karma, the assignment you will complete in this life.
There are four types of dharma:
personal dharma, human dharma, social dharma, and cosmic dharma.
These concepts come from the ancient Indian scripture, the Bhagavad Gita
Much of our suffering depends on social dharma.
Every day, we are surrounded by things that stimulate our senses, and without asking ourselves lofty questions like "Who am I?" or "Why am I alive?", we continue to accumulate worldly desires without seeing our true essence, driven by our egos - fashion, the eyes of others, vanity, and stereotypes, and we unconsciously create our own suffering.
Societal dharma is worldly.
Social dharma is everything that comes from selfish desires, and refers to all sorts of things that satisfy our senses.
If you are constantly concerned with the habits and customs that "it has to be like this" and the frameworks created by society that "this is normal," then the latent impressions of earthly desires will build up within you, and even after this life ends, you will continue to be caught up in the trials of being reborn in a different form from your current one, in the next life, in order to learn from both joys and sorrows.
So, if you look at your current worries from a bird's eye view, you'll see that they're only temporary.
These are temporary waves floating on a vast ocean.
They will eventually return to their original ocean, so if you accept the present as it is and simply do what you can now, once your karma is completed, the seeds of your worries will disappear.
No matter how difficult the ego may feel about the current reality, there is nothing easier than accepting, loving, and forgiving the present than continuing to accumulate worldly desires and being caught up in the cycle of reincarnation, where we will continue to live a completely different life in the next life.
No matter how much you try to hide your worries, no matter how much you decorate your appearance with things outside of yourself, no matter how much you accomplish within the dharma of society, unless you truly feel your inner self, your true self (soul), that is, the energy from the higher dimensional being that made you who you are, you will not be able to find true happiness and peace from the bottom of your heart.
The more you look outside for solutions, the more you will remain trapped in the grip of the worldly dharma of society's worries.
There's nothing wrong with feeling worried.
Just feel your emotions honestly and let them go without getting attached to them.
Every day, calmly carry out your own dharma, which is "what you need to do in this lifetime."
Your dharma is what is in front of you right now.
By calmly and mindlessly carrying out the things that you have to do and that you have been assigned to do, you will eliminate the latent impressions of your worldly desires and the latent impressions of your karma, which are the tasks you need to complete in this lifetime.
In addition to your own dharma, it is important to also fulfill your dharma as a human being.
Human dharma is the realm of realizing the truth of why you were born and why you live as a human being and not as another animal or plant. It asks you how you utilize your abilities to think and speak.
There are things that only humans can do that cannot be achieved by living a life of inertia or dynamism.
When you do these things as something that only you can do, you will be fulfilling your human dharma.
That being said, while you are living your own dharma and the dharma of humanity, as long as you are alive you will also have to take part in some social activities.
At such times, you can entrust all your actions and outcomes to a higher being.
To the being who created you as you are.
This means letting go of your subjective role and devote yourself to the results without getting excited or upset about them.
Experience all of your emotions: worry, joy, loss, success, failure, praise, criticism, and more.
As you do this, a time of transition will come when your current worries will no longer be worries.
This is a sign that your vibrations have reached a point where they are shifting into a higher-dimensional vibrational realm.
When that happens, you will be amazed at how different you will see the world, the events that occur, and the way you respond to them.
Finally, I would like to touch on cosmic dharma.
Cosmic dharma is the realm of realizing the original source that gave rise to the Earth and the universe.
For convenience, it is called Brahman, and it means living with one's consciousness focused on the original source of this supreme flow that, because of a being that can only be described as simply existing, caused spatial fluctuations, the Big Bang, the cycle of birth and death of all planets, and the creation of plants and animals.
This is cosmic dharma.
The idea that "I exist because of Brahman" may be difficult to grasp at first.
But when you truly realize this, your worries will truly disappear.
Even when you feel joy, anger, sadness, or happiness, you will no longer be attached to them. Instead, you will simply accept each moment as it is, and you will be able to achieve calm at all times.
No matter who you are, what you have, or how much you have, you realize that it all belongs to Brahman and will return to Brahman. The money, things, time, and even this life you possess are brought to you by Brahman and will return to Brahman.
Every instance of the subject "I," such as "this is mine" or "this is what I want," feels like an offering to Brahman, and you are able to offer even the burden of your worries to Brahman and be guided by it.
When you empathize with this concept of Dharma, which has been around for over 2,000 years (or perhaps it's more accurate to say when you remember it), you will sense that no matter what happens in reality, the meaning and necessities of your life will be fulfilled within the sacred flow.
This feeling can never be obtained even if you attain enormous wealth, jewels, status, or honor.
This is because it is the moment you remember that you are one with the infinite abundance of a mysterious power that transcends worries.
In this blog, I've tried to briefly summarize Dharma.
Some people will understand it right away, while others may wonder what I'm talking about.
Neither is greater or more amazing; it's just that each soul needs something different.
If at some point you realize that no matter how much you accomplish, you always feel dissatisfied, then your quest for Dharma begins.
That is the time to truly resonate with the divine energy flowing within you.
It's not too late to start there.
Meaningful things happen in your life every day.
It's your ego that distinguishes between good and bad.
Each moment is simply as it is.
That's all there is to it 🍀
