There is a word in ancient Indian scriptures called "Vairāgya."

This means being detached, with a spirit of neutrality, moderation and acceptance, and calmly returning oneself to the balance of yin and yang energy in all things, transcending the ego that distinguishes between good and bad, praise and criticism, success and failure, joy and loss, and sensing the one point behind it.

No matter what situation you are in life, once you establish this vairāgya awareness, you will be freed from all doubt, worry, anxiety, and other mental disturbances.

No matter how much praise or recognition you receive, or how much you gain or achieve in a tangible way, you will no longer be attached to it.

Even if there are things that you find unpleasant or that make you feel sad or painful, you will no longer be obsessed with them.

Because everything belongs to God.

It's okay to feel genuine, honest emotions, such as joy, happiness, sadness, or anger.

Vairāgya is the ability to let go of attachment to those emotions after they have been felt.

As a result, you will no longer cling to past glories or lament past failures.

Every moment in life is a meaningful process necessary for the growth of your soul, and everything is connected.

By offering your sense of "I" through vairāgya, every moment becomes an offering to God, and your worries and burdens become lighter and lighter.

Continuing vairāgya is also connected to īśvara-pranidhāna, which means praying to God and surrendering oneself to the divine flow.

The ego has a tendency to create something or temporarily acquire something, but then fear losing it.

It struggles and strives to obtain what it desires, but the moment it achieves it, its desire and interest in it begins to wane, and it rushes on to the next worldly desire, repeating the cycle of pain and joy.

It is completely natural and normal to have desires.

However, if you are reading this blog, your soul is at a stage of further learning in this life.

It's about seeing the perspective that whatever you experience and feel each day is an offering to the God who created you.

In other words, it is about experiencing the sublime flow of God that the ego cannot achieve.

Every desire, every shame, every joy, and every loss is an offering to God.

Fun, joy, and happiness do not last forever.

Conversely, pain, sadness, and difficulties do not last forever either.

No matter what time, place, or activity you are doing, the more you practice vairāgya, the more you will realize who you are.

Why are you alive here and now?

You will begin to truly feel it inside of you.

You are an embodiment of God who carries His abundance.

You have been worthy of abundance since the moment you were born.

When you begin to see everything from the perspective that it is an offering to God, everything you see and feel will change.

The way you treat others, how you respond to someone throwing a tantrum, how you treat yourself - everything before your eyes will become sacred.

You will begin to feel the immense love that created all things.

By surrendering yourself to God's sublime flow, you will be able to fully experience the blessings of being a part of that love.

As you do this, you will soon see the events that happen to you change dramatically.
