People take some kind of action every day.
Whether consciously or unconsciously, positively or negatively, in any environment or situation.
When you perform this action, if you focus on one thing, that action becomes a turning point in your energy.
The vibrations you emit will change, and the events, environments, and situations that occur to you will become truly comfortable, happy, and abundant.
The way to do this is to move away from acting from an ego perspective.
When performing an action, many people make choices based on their ego, rather than the voice of their true self, such as calculating the pros and cons, or whether they want to do it or not.
Ego is essential for protecting our lives, and it is also our innocent and pure inner child, regardless of our actual age.
However, if you judge things and act too much based on your ego, you will end up clad in the armor of worldly desires, and you will be bound to the cycle of reincarnation, forever performing the actions that result from them.
It's right and good to choose what makes you feel comfortable.
But now, when something that "must be done" appears before you in your life, you must carry it out without any hesitation.
Whatever job it may be, whether it's work, cleaning, housework, or a random action, whatever appears before you, no matter how big or small, is your karma.
The only way to escape this cycle of rebirth is to become detached.
In ancient Indian scriptures, detachment is called vairagya.
You can respond to the events in front of you with any thoughts or emotions you like, but if you simply focus on the tasks that need to be done, your worldly desires will gradually disappear.
And as the karma (tasks to be completed in this lifetime) that you were born with will also decrease, you will become your true self through your soul's learning.
If the object of the action you are performing mindlessly becomes unnecessary for your soul's growth, you will no longer need to perform it.
In other words, your environment will naturally change.
The more you detach from the grip of your ego and become a purer you, the more you will resonate with the vibrations of abundance and love that you deserve, and be able to receive your inherent happiness.
By no longer clinging to the things you receive, further worldly desires will not arise, leading to a path to escape the cycle of reincarnation.
To perform any action mindlessly means to let go of the act of doing it.
It also means to surrender the resulting outcome to the higher dimensional being that created you and gives you life.
Not to be attached to the outcome of your action, but to view it equally, whether it brings you joy or disappointment.
That is non-attachment.
Here are some examples of sensations in relation to actions.
For example, when you clean your workplace or home, or when you have to clean your home or workplace, you might have the following thought pattern:
A. I heard that cleaning improves the flow of energy, so I'll clean.
B. I'm sure good things will happen if I clean, so I'll clean.
C. I'll clean because I want to be praised and appreciated.
D. I have to clean. bothersome. I clean even though I don't want to do it.
E. I clean even though I wonder why I'm always the one who has to clean.
F. I turn a blind eye, thinking that someone else will do it if I pay them, so I don't need to worry about it.
G. It's better to have something clean, but I don't want to do it myself, so I turn a blind eye and expect someone else to do it for me.
H. I clean because what's in front of me is what I have to do to fulfill my karma.
A, B, and C are positive motivations for starting an action.
This is fine at first, but it means you are expecting a result, and worldly desires will build up.
D and E are opportunities to do your karma, but they only lead to further worldly desires.
F and G are negative perspectives.
At some point, the energy imbalance will have to be compensated for.
H is non-attachment, and by doing your dharma, which is the action you should be doing, your worldly desires will be eliminated.
In this way, the act of cleaning can either increase earthly desires and contribute to the cycle of reincarnation, or it can eliminate earthly desires, depending on how the person doing it directs their attention.
Earthly desires are like a debt.
We don't know whether it will be in this life or the next, but we will eventually have to pay it back.
We will be reborn into new bodies over and over again until we eliminate them.
The only way to break free from this cycle is to practice detachment.
Even if it's just gradually.
Everyone has desires.
There's nothing wrong with that, but it's up to your soul to choose whether or not you realize the meaning of your human birth and carry out the destiny you're meant to fulfill.
If you realize that no matter how much wealth, status, prestige, title, material possessions, and experiences you acquire in your time, you still have a feeling of eternal dissatisfaction within you, then it is time to begin Vairagya.
Each soul is at a different stage of growth, so it's best to purify your heart at the appropriate time.
The higher dimensional beings that give you life know your path better than you do.
Heare to the voice of your heart. 🍀
