Everything in this world is constantly changing.
Even the things you take for granted now are temporary.
Wealth, status, honor, praise, power, possessions, assets, titles, careers, friendships, youth, health, lifespan, systems, stereotypes, superficial things...
All of the worries that arise from these things, no matter how much we try to cover them up with external things, only give us a fleeting sense of security and superiority, but the underlying anxiety and fear do not go away.
Yes, the more we cling to something, the more worries we create for ourselves and the pain we incur.
As long as people live with their ego, they will never run out of worries, such as the worries they face before achieving their own selfish desires, the worries they face when they lose something after gaining it through their earthly desires, the worries they face when comparing themselves to others, thinking of superiority or inferiority, and thinking of what they have not yet obtained.
The only way to resolve our worries is to truly remember that this world is impermanent, and that we are part of a sublime flow.
No matter where you are, or what you are doing, you are living in a precious, flowing moment.
Humans tend to perceive things in duality - past and future, good and bad, praise and criticism, joy and loss, success and failure - but this is precisely what constitutes impermanence.
It is just a temporary wave on the big ocean.
You too are a part of that sacred flow, so embrace the present and live your life to the fullest, as you were created by higher dimensional beings.
Every action and result is an offering to the Being who created you.
Feel every event, every emotion, and offer it to Him, surrendering to it with an open mind.
Then, the divine flow that created you will guide you.
Offering and surrendering is not passive or inertia.
It means living according to the voice of your soul, not your ego.
Only He knows the outcome.
This world is impermanent.
