From the outside, someone may appear to have a very fulfilling career, title, and lifestyle, but for some reason, they themselves remain unsatisfied and continue to pursue something completely different.

In this way, there are many people for whom reality and their inner feelings are at odds.

When you're at the mercy of your daily routine, completing one task after another, and your thoughts and actions are never at rest, you begin to lose touch with the voice of your soul.

In reality, which is far removed from the voice of the soul, if you are not constantly taking action you will not feel at peace, and you will be surrounded by competition, hustle and bustle, conflict and tension.

If you are in this flow, the following tips will help you connect with your true self, the voice of your soul.

The way to do this is to feel present in the here and now.

Pause your thoughts and actions and relax your body and mind.

Close your eyes, breathe slowly, feel your body, the air flowing through it, and connect with the sublime sense of being present here and now.

No matter what emotions and things you need to do come to mind, just let them be for a few minutes.

Beyond the mind lies a sense of your soul.

By intentionally immersing yourself in the feeling of being here and now, you can bring your awareness to the present.

By focusing on the present moment, rather than the past or future, you move with the flow and resonate with the voice of your soul, the universal consciousness that transcends the mind.

And it is by opening yourself to the present that you begin to reap all its benefits.

The reason you're not truly satisfied with your reality is because you're a slave to your mind-controlled ego.

Just knowing you are here and now brings calm to busy thoughts and actions.

The more calm you are, the more it will affect your mood, comfort level, and vibrations, and you will be more likely to attract the happiness you truly desire.

Some people have a hard time sensing their presence in the present moment.

They are more theoreticians than sensory types.

Thinkers and theoreticians tend to think more than they feel.

Even when it comes to how I'm feeling at the moment, I think about it instead of feeling it.

The more you try to conform to how others see you or how you want to appear, rather than feeling how you want to be and what you want to do, the more you actually lose sight of yourself.

You continue to act a person influenced by the voice of your ego and the voices of others rather than the heart of your soul, and you continue to create a reality that is never fulfilling.

When you can sense that you are here now, you can focus your attention on yourself now, and not on anyone else, nor on your past or future self.

You can connect with the universal consciousness that created you in the present, and fully open your receptive capacity to receive the abundance and happiness that you were meant to receive.
You can receive because your consciousness is in the present, not the past or the future, or a specific person or place.

Now is the time to step away from what's in front of you, even if just for a moment, and connect with your true self.

The more time you take to feel present, the more you will understand and see things that come from within you, rather than from outside of you, and the more you will be able to receive what comes down to you as intuition.

You will naturally be guided to where you are meant to be, your true self will emerge, and you will be able to receive what you truly desire.
